	On 3 March 2008 Autechre are to release a new album. Called Quaristice, the record is Rob Brown and Sean Booth's 9th album, and follows 2005's Untilted. WarpX - Sundance Film Festival   Warp X are delighted to announce that BOTH their first two completed feature-length films will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in Jan 2008: Olly Blackburn's hedonism-gone-wrong thriller Donkey Punch (prod. Angus Lamont) and Chris Waitt's comic documentary A Complete History of My Sexual Favours (prod. Mary Burke). The two films were the first to shoot from mini-studio Warp X, an initiative of Film4, UK Film Council's New Cinema Fund, Screen Yorkshire, EM Media and Optimum Releasing. With H313 Mark explores the relationship between old and new: pulling in influences from US hip-hop a la Jay Dee, detroit techno, Kraftwerk, dubstep and grime - the result is a fresh EP that is rich and warm, resonating the vibrant Detroit sound. In 2003 the pair began a research project together centering around the use of Iannis Xenakis' UPIC 'graphic input' computer music composing system, and a residency at CCMIX Paris, where the UPIC is located. This new release - UPIC Warp tracks - catalogues some of their experimentations with this unique system.
